The Windermere Rooms At The Wateredge Inn, Ambleside

Location and staff etc were perfect. The room was tidy with a bath. The lovely onsite restaurant had lots of food.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

This hotel was characterful base for exploring Ambleside, loved it. The restaurant had hot food.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Enjoyed staff and location. The room was with excellent bathroom. The restaurant was magnificent with amazing meals. Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Ambleside.

The superior double room was exceptional and brilliant with air con. The staff were best and efficient, were waiting for us in the very friendly reception. They offered us good meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Its staff and rooms were fab, and for us everything was fantastic. We liked a nice restaurant.

I loved it, it was perfect. Plenty of exceptional breakfast options. The room was relaxing and immaculate, and the beds were lovely. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - at a medium distance from Turning Point.

Pleasant and clean hotel, amazingly attentive staff and favourable location. Got continental breakfast with cereals, only one sausage, juices. The superior queen room I got included coffee and hairdryer. The service was extraordinary, just like I expected.

Contemporary place, it was tidy. Overall the staff is polite! We liked the bed, it was large. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like China Cottage, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

The rooms are kept very clean and the breakfast is delicious. All staff was welcoming and greeted us warmly. Furthermore, we left our car in the free parking.

We enjoyed this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when in Ambleside. Comfy beds, comfortable location, HELPFUL staff. Fabulous food selection.

Outstanding food and exceptional service provided with smiles. Waterhead coffee shop, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel;))
